20 miliardi di euro l’anno: i costi per il cancro in Italia – Prevenzione attiva, la vera arma vincente

Parts of the platform have already been developed and are currently used by scientists at BIOSCIENCE GENOMICS, while other parts still need to be designed. In particular, the tests for genomic instability (HELIXBALANCE), chronic inflammation (CYTOBALANCE), immune system imbalance (IMMUNEBALANCE), and gut dysbiosis (MICROBALANCE) already exist; we now aim at developing a new test for mitochondrial dysfunction. The already available individual tests, along with the newly developed mitochondrial dysfunction test, will be combined through the utilization of multivariate analysis methods, Machine Learning, and Data Mining techniques. This will involve employing various approaches, such as the Boosted Decision Tree technique, which is effective for classification and regression problems. To ensure efficient handling, processing, and analysis of the experimental data, structured databases will be used, and Big Data Management tools and resources will be employed.
