The analysis of a single cancer driver has a very low value in terms of prevention, and none in terms of prediction. The added value of the BIOSCIENCE GENOMICS proposal is the integrated analysis of at least 4 different cancer drivers, which will enable very sophisticated profiling based on multi-layer, multi-target and multi-biomarker data. Currently, BIOSCIENCE GENOMICS is the first and only company in the world to introduce the cancer driver interception model as a valuable alternative to Cancer Early Detection in colorectal cancer prevention. Early detection by means of cfDNA analysis to date has been shown to have too many false positives (above 50%) and in any case, it is not preventive of cancer but only of possible death from cancer. The combined analysis of multiple cancer drivers allows the most detailed profiling method ever offered to apparently healthy people aiming at reducing their cancer risk.
